"Like New" items are inspected and deemed as in perfect condition but may not have original packaging. "Lightly Used" may have small blemishes but will not affect the use or performance of the product and will not come with original packaging. All items are inspected by our team in our Draper, UT warehouse. OPEN BOX items are heavily discounted so there is no returns available on them. However, these items are still covered under a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
