Holiday Shipping and Returns Policy:
Holiday Shipping Notice:
During the holiday season, including Black Friday and other peak periods, please expect shipping delays beyond our usual delivery times due to high order volumes.
We recommend you place an order for free Ground or Standard shipping by December 15th. For expedited shipping place by December 19th. Carriers have announced delays and we want you to have the best chance of receiving your gifts on time.
If you order after these dates it's possible it will arrive on time, but there are no guarantees. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Standard Shipping Policy:
We offer free standard shipping with a minimum purchase to the lower 48 states. The minimum purchase threshold may vary, so please see the website banner and check-out window. Standard Ground shipping is $9.99 and delivery is usually 5-7 days from the time it leaves our warehouse, often sooner.
Shipping options will be shown during your checkout process.
Please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing Open Box items, due to the additional volume in our warehouse.
Return Policy:
Our standard return policy allows returns within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Products must be returned in new condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags still attached and original packaging in new condition.
- When trying items on, be careful with all packaging elements so you can restore them to its original state.
- Products must be returned to their point of sale origin. If you did not buy from our website, please contact the original seller.
- Open Box (Clearance) product sales are final and returns will not be accepted
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are only available for size or color changes that are in-stock at the time of the return. You may opt for a store credit for a later purchase.
If you receive damaged or defective products or experience a quality issue, click here to file a return. We appreciate any feedback you can provide about the issue.
Please note: Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days (usually sooner) for your return to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email once your return has been processed and we have issued your refund.
Extended Holiday Return Policy:
To make gift-giving easier this 2025 holiday season, items purchased between November 1 and December 31, 2025 are eligible for extended returns until January 31, 2026 as long as they are in original packaging, resellable or unused condition. Purchases made after December 31st fall within a standard 30 day return window. This helps accommodate the holiday gifting season.
How To Return An Item:
Click here to reach our returns portal and complete the process. We appreciate any feedback you can provide about why you are returning the item. Once our warehouse receives the item it will be inspected to make sure it's new, unused, and resellable.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the item is used or packaging is missing, $9.99 will be deducted for return shipping charges and a 15% restock fee will be charged to cover the cost of reconditioning the item for sale.
Open Box (Clearance) Return Policy:
Open Box (Clearance) items may not be returned unless the item is defective and unusable. Open Box items are either "Like New", "Lightly Used" or "As Is", so please read the Features/Benefits section of each product listing before deciding to purchase. Contact customer support if you have any questions.
Warranty Claims:
All Wildhorn products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. You must show proof of purchase from us or an authorized retailer. Items purchased on eBay are not covered unless purchased from an authorized seller account. If you need to file a warranty claim, click here to contact Customer Service. Please provide your order #, description and pictures/video to illustrate the defect. Our reps will work to provide a solution.
