Logistical Impacts from COVID-19

I wanted to let all our valued customers know we are experiencing unpredictable delays due to COVID-19. There are two primary reasons for this. First, we use Amazon's FBA service to ship many of our website orders. We do this because they are the most cost effective, reliable third party to use. We feel it's in our customers best interest to get packages quickly and reliably. Amazon is now only prioritizing "essential" products to ship. Unfortunately outdoor products don't fit that description in their opinion. We understand we are in unprecedented times. We will do what we can to support. 

Second, we use other third parties in California which is currently on lockdown. The staffing of that warehouse is sporadic causing delays. 

We don't have real time access from either warehouse provider to let us know the exact time delay to expect. We just know it may be longer than normal. Please account for this when ordering. We appreciate and need your support now more than ever. Thank you for your business at this uncertain time. Knowing that you may not be able to get out and use some of the gear we sell for some period of time.
