Wildhorn has been great about honoring lifetime warranty. I use my swimming headphones heavily and I love them. One cord was not connecting well to charger and they quickly sent me a new one. Customer service was great. So grateful.

I have bought 7 different styles of bone conduction headphones. Most hurt my ears and not loud enough. The Crank headphones feel great and the sound quality is great! I highly recommend these headphones.

Works great, does the job. Arrived quickly. Wish the charger was just a standard charger, however, as the price for shipping and the charger itself is too high for what it is. But I can’t use the headphones if they aren’t charged, so there really wasn’t a choice.
