To make sure your mask is ready to use, be sure to inspect for any debris or damage that may have occurred during shipment. We want you to have the best experience possible, that’s what V3 is designed for. Pretreat lens with a light baby shampoo to support your masks anti-fog materials.
TO CLEAN:
Rinse and soak with tap water using a small amount of detergent to help with cleaning. Wipe the mask down with a microfiber or non-abrasive towel to prevent water spots and then allow the mask to air dry. Store the mask in a protected space, and avoid exposure to direct sunlight and black rubber as it could stain the silicone insert. Avoid leaving the mask in sandy area when not in use.

I got small rocks stuck inside the green chin drain and now the mask always leaks.
I’ve purchased a full face mask from Amazon in the past and it served its purpose. This one is so cool, I get a little leak from the forehead once in a while but it’s easily corrected. The field of vision is truly amazing and it doesn’t fog up at all. I used it 5-6 times this past week in Hawaii and no fog also it’s so easy to breathe from.
I received this mask as a gift. I used one trip in the St. Barts. Was awesome in its first use. I bought the case to store it . I pulled it out this summer to use in my new pool and the tab that holds the snorkel on the mask broke off. Literally used this a total of 6 days . The snorkel now will not stay on making the mask useless. I reached out to Wildhorn and was told they could not help or warranty the mask as I didn’t have the order number. I advised it was gift and didn’t have it and basically told sorry but can’t help. I was super disappointed as. I loved this mask until it broke.
