WHO IS WILDHORN?
Glad you asked! We've been around since 2015 designing and selling a unique set of outdoor gear products for lots of different outdoor pursuits. We started our audio journey in 2018 producing audio pucks for our ski helmets. In 2023 we started planning the release of our second outdoor audio product, the Crank bone conduction headphones. The Crank helps us align to our goals of equipping you for your outdoor pursuits in a way that keeps you safe and aware.
LIFETIME FIDELITY GEAR PROGRAM
The LFG program allows you to send your product in for a low cost replacement for any reason besides theft and loss. If something happens to your product outside the return window and standard manufacturer's warranty, you can file a claim, send back your unit, and after approval receive a heavily discounted code to use for your replacement. You may do this as many times as you need so long as we are selling this model. When a new model is released, you will also get an early bird discount. LFG is free to enroll. Think of it as an extended product warranty that only costs you if you need to use it.
